About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist senior team members with requirements analysis and gathering business process and technical requirements from client stakeholders
- Compose and deliver solution configuration requirements documentation
- Build and configure application development tools under senior team oversight
- Test configured solutions and collaborate to identify and resolve issues
- Compose training materials and conduct customer training sessions
- Participate in solution design under senior team oversight
- Develop migration plans and migrate configured solutions into production environments
- Support customers throughout the migration process
- Transition key information to the technical support team
- Assist with upgrade planning, execution, and solution demonstrations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- OnBase Developer / Administrator knowledge
- Knowledge of scripting, system architecture, or relational databases
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to investigate situations or issues and gather relevant information
- Ability to ask probing questions to obtain quality information
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner
- Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to appropriately escalate issues
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong multitasking capabilities
- Experience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Solid collaboration skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30% annually, with potential for additional travel based on customer circumstances
