About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the creation and management of the overall marketing plan and strategy for the international healthcare go-to-market segment
  • Set goals, objectives, and KPIs and integrate insights from stakeholders and the GTM strategy team
  • Establish and promote audience-specific and industry-specific thought-leadership strategies
  • Connect healthcare thought leadership to the broader brand and horizontal thought-leadership framework
  • Identify and execute flagship strategic industry events to drive awareness and generate demand
  • Partner with field marketing on pre- and post-event sales outreach orchestration
  • Create comprehensive campaign briefs with the portfolio marketing team
  • Define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, and creative requirements
  • Own demand funnel health and ensure lead-generation KPIs are met
  • Optimize demand-generation strategies and provide regular analysis of marketing pipeline contribution to business leaders and sales
  • Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members
  • Contribute to department growth through knowledge sharing, best-practice coaching, and innovative thinking on market trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in a marketing programs or equivalent role
  • Demonstrated sales interaction and go-to-market execution experience
  • Experience developing integrated marketing plans, budgets, and strategies
  • Track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with and influence executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and business acumen
  • Ability to influence without ownership, build trust, and drive consensus across cross-functional and international teams
  • Experience in healthcare or industry-specific marketing
  • Understanding of sector-specific buyer journeys and market dynamics
  • Experience in international or global marketing, including regional campaign execution
  • Experience working with international regional marketers
  • Familiarity with demand generation platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics
  • Experience partnering with external vendors, agencies, and industry partners
  • Creative thinking and ability to guide and develop other marketing team members
