About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement enterprise deployment technical architecture for large-scale projects with complex products and solutions
- Participate in all phases of design, testing, and implementation
- Design, implement, configure, and customize solutions, integrations, and add-ons
- Modify project scope, identify and troubleshoot problems, assess required modifications, and evaluate implementation success
- Perform performance troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Communicate resolution steps to internal parties and customer management
- Apply expertise in digital asset management and content services platforms
- Learn new products and solutions and become a subject matter expert
- Lead requirements elaboration and architectural design sessions with customers
- Manage creation of client deliverables, including specifications, test cases, user stories, and design documents
- Identify and submit product feature requests to product management
- Lead customer and team training delivery
- Provide technical sales assistance in enterprise-level pursuits
- Advise potential customers on issues and trends and provide consulting services
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships
- Provide guidance to other team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent certifications and experience
- 8+ years of consulting/professional services experience in a client-facing delivery role
- Experience with software implementation best practices and software architecture principles
- Experience building productive client relationships
- Industry experience in healthcare, media and entertainment, marketing, graphic design, life sciences or pharmaceuticals, financial services, government, military or intelligence, fashion, or consumer products
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong collaboration, leadership, judgment, and business acumen skills
- Strong interpersonal, data gathering, interviewing, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate goals into implementation ideas and design solutions
- Ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to develop engaging, informative, and compelling presentations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to coach, mentor, and provide timely feedback to team members
- Knowledge of OSGi, Spring or similar frameworks
