About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consulting services to design and implement software solutions for customers
Lead requirements analysis and advise on recommended practices for enterprise solutions from business and technical perspectives
Design solutions using extensive experience and best-practice knowledge
Compose and deliver requirements documentation with accurate time-to-completion estimates
Lead demonstrations of configured solutions or prototypes
Maintain stakeholder buy-in and manage scope expectations
Configure application development tools and integrations
Test configured solutions for optimal performance
Advise customers through testing, resolve issues, and control project scope
Compose training materials and conduct end-to-end solution training sessions
Develop migration plans using best practices for enterprise solution migrations
Transition key information to the technical support team
Participate in pre-sales opportunities with Sales and Business Development teams
Provide technical or industry knowledge for work estimates
Support transitions to the engagement delivery team
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and drive future engagement opportunities
Provide guidance to team members
Contribute to team process documentation
Train and coach internal and external stakeholders on solutions and project methodology

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience configuring and implementing technical solutions
Skills in scripting, system architecture, or relational databases
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong investigative and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong collaboration skills
Ability to self-motivate and manage projects to completion with minimal oversight
Sound judgment and ability to appropriately escalate issues
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Experience working within enterprise software implementations
Understanding of business process analysis and solution design best practices
Ability to manage customer relationships and stakeholder expectations throughout the full project lifecycle
Experience contributing to pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimation, and solution demonstrations
Ability to develop and deliver training materials and sessions for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience contributing to team knowledge bases, process documentation, and internal best practices
