About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and lead the Engineering team of approximately 50 employees
Drive operational performance using activity, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics
Manage financial performance, including revenue, margin, and staffing
Ensure delivery excellence, fulfillment of commitments, effective risk management, and customer satisfaction
Define and champion the development strategy for the Engineering offering
Identify innovation opportunities and promote the automation and industrialization of services
Support the team’s technological transformation
Develop commercial activity, lead pre-sales initiatives, and achieve growth targets
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with software vendors and solution providers
Unite teams and contribute to the professional development of engineers
Participate in recruitment and identify high-potential candidates
Serve as a senior consultant for enterprise clients and build relationships with C-level stakeholders
Collaborate with other business unit leaders to support the overall development of I-TRACING

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree from an engineering school or a university master’s degree specializing in information systems security
Strong foundation in systems, networking, and cybersecurity
Significant experience delivering Information Systems Security, Automation, and/or Containerization services
Significant experience (more than 15 years) with one or more of I-TRACING’s key technology partners
Strong interest in business development and proven pre-sales experience
Excellent knowledge of management techniques
Ability to coach teams and support their growth
Natural leadership, strong team spirit, high standards, and a strong customer-service mindset
Proactive and persuasive
Ability to make decisions, prioritize, and delegate
Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Fluency in written and spoken English required
