About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage the Engineering team of approximately 50 employees
- Oversee operational performance based on activity, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction indicators
- Manage financial performance, including revenue, margin, and staffing
- Ensure delivery excellence, fulfillment of commitments, risk management, and customer satisfaction
- Define and drive the development strategy for the Engineering offering
- Identify innovation opportunities and promote service automation and industrialization
- Support the team’s technological transformation
- Develop commercial activity and achieve growth objectives
- Lead pre-sales initiatives and rally the team around business opportunities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with software publishers and solution providers
- Lead the department, unite teams, and contribute to the professional development of engineers
- Participate in recruitment, ensure the quality and diversity of profiles, and identify high-potential talent
- Serve as a senior consultant for major clients and build relationships with C-level executives
- Collaborate with other business unit leaders to support the overall development of I-TRACING
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree from an engineering school or a university master’s program, with a specialization in information systems security
- Strong foundation in systems, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Significant experience delivering services related to information systems security, automation, and/or containerization
- More than 15 years of significant experience working with one or more of I-TRACING’s key technology partners
- Strong interest in business development and proven experience in pre-sales activities
- Excellent knowledge of management techniques
- Ability to coach and develop teams
- Natural leadership, strong team spirit, high standards, and a strong customer-service orientation
- Ability to make recommendations and influence stakeholders
- Ability to make decisions, prioritize, and delegate
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
