About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and lead strategic IAM programs
- Advise clients on evolving their IAM strategy
- Work with SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID solutions
- Lead complex IAM projects
- Coordinate business, IT, and security teams
- Mentor consultants and develop their skills
- Contribute to pre-sales activities and tender responses
- Help develop I-TRACING Switzerland’s IAM offering
- Manage relationships with technology partners
- Monitor technology and market trends
- Participate in local events and strengthen I-TRACING’s visibility within the IAM ecosystem
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in computer science or cybersecurity
- 8 to 15 years of IAM experience, including at least 5 years working with SailPoint
- Strong proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), and Microsoft Entra ID
- SailPoint Engineer certification (IIQ and/or ISC) required
- Proven experience leading large-scale IAM projects
- Experience managing or coordinating technical teams
- Experience in pre-sales, tender responses, service offering development, business development, and partner management
- Excellent communication skills with technical, business, and executive stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in French and English
- Knowledge of Okta, Saporo, and Memority, as well as Microsoft Entra ID/Azure technologies
- Experience in a consulting firm or specialized IT services company, strong knowledge of the Swiss market, and proficiency in German are considered assets
