About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage strategic and highly specialized recruitment processes, from defining hiring needs through candidate onboarding
- Primarily recruit experienced, senior, and hard-to-find profiles
- Define and implement proactive sourcing strategies: direct sourcing, headhunting, talent pool development, and engagement with specialized networks
- Assess candidates’ technical and behavioral fit in collaboration with operational teams and managers
- Advise managers on the labor market, employer attractiveness, compensation, talent scarcity, and competition
- Map key skills across the cybersecurity market and build talent pools
- Maintain active awareness of industry trends
- Analyze key recruitment metrics and contribute to improving talent acquisition practices, tools, and methods
- Join the HR team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree from a business or management school, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources
- At least 2 years of successful experience recruiting experienced professionals
- Ideally, experience gained in highly specialized environments such as cybersecurity, IT, consulting, or talent-shortage sectors
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, direct sourcing, and headhunting hard-to-find or high-value candidates
- Ability to build trusting relationships with managers and advise them on the market, compensation, and employer attractiveness
- Ability to understand technical environments and conduct an initial assessment of candidate fit
- Autonomy, curiosity, perseverance, results- and service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
- Interest in continuous improvement and sharing best practices
- Strong interest in technology
- English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem or experience recruiting expert profiles in competitive markets is a plus
