About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and coordinate global RFPs and tender processes across the network
  • Maintain and govern IAG Cargo’s Commercial Pricing Policy
  • Design and manage commercial contracts
  • Monitor contract utilisation and administer dead freight charges
  • Identify and highlight performance risks
  • Manage market rates and index-based pricing mechanisms
  • Develop and maintain fuel and other cost-recovery pricing strategies
  • Analyse pricing performance, revenue trends, and commercial outcomes across the network
  • Use market intelligence and competitor insights to support pricing decisions and recommendations
  • Provide guidance on product pricing and value differentiation across the portfolio
  • Lead pricing operations processes, including rule management, rate uploads, data governance, and tool development
  • Work with regional pricing teams and commercial stakeholders to support pricing decisions, improve consistency, and drive commercial performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to make decisions and judgements based on detailed analysis
  • History of driving change identified from analysis and decisions
  • Strong team-player orientation with energy and drive to achieve team objectives
