About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support accurate campaign setup, monitor day-to-day performance, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes for brand partners
  • Support setup of renewals, pauses and in-flight optimizations based on templates or established best practices
  • Collect necessary details from brand partners for on-time and accurate launches
  • Analyze campaign metrics to uncover trends, diagnose performance issues, and make recommendations to brand partners
  • Communicate directly with brand partners to collect assets, confirm timelines, receive launch approval, and consult on ad hoc questions
  • Prepare performance summaries for brand partners
  • Update internal and external trackers
  • Document campaign optimization decisions
  • Coordinate with Business Operations, Marketing, and Creative teams to build in-app content and Advertising Products
  • Support sales and account management activities, including creating client-facing materials, conducting performance analyses, and helping drive incremental revenue
  • Support new hire training, process improvements, and other projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum qualification: 1+ yrs relevant internship or professional experience
  • Preferred: 1+ yrs client-facing experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • G Suite
  • Basic to Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
