About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze customer behavior and trends with Analytics, Strategic Partner Development/Business Development, Consumer Marketing, User Acquisition, and Communications marketing teams
- Analyze performance trends to uncover actionable insights that enable business growth
- Collaborate with Finance, Revenue/Sales, Product Engineering, Machine Learning, and Analytics teams
- Provide thought leadership on performance metrics, attribution methodologies, LTV:CAC, and churn
- Run statistical analyses and create predictive models based on user purchases and behavior
- Design, execute, and analyze controlled experiments
- Present concise, impactful data insights to Marketing and company leadership
- Represent Marketing on company-wide data task forces and communicate stakeholder needs and findings
- Develop reporting, dashboards, automated workflows, and self-service analytics solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of real world work experience in an analytical function
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics or a related field required
- Understanding of general business concepts
- Experience with data analysis tools and languages including Databricks, SQL, Python/R, Pyspark, Spark, Git/GitHub, Excel/Google Suite
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Looker
- Experience creating customer-facing slide presentations conveying complex data
- Experience with marketing-specific or web/app analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Mobile Measurement Platforms
- Experience with data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes, including data exploration, wrangling, and cleaning/preparation for analysis
- Experience working productively integrating AI into analytics workflows
- Experience building accurate and performant forecasting and data modeling
- Knowledge of time series modeling, forecasting, and seasonality
- Experience with predictive models for strategic business decision-making
- Experience with classification modeling and techniques for personalizing customer experiences
- Proficiency in applied statistical analysis methods, experimental design, and hypothesis testing
- Experience collecting, delivering, and analyzing large, multi-dimensional datasets
- Excellent communication skills, including data summaries, visualizations, and storytelling methods
- Intellectual curiosity, conceptual thinking, and creative or abstract problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and drive for accuracy
- Proven success leveraging analytical tools and approaches to generate business value
- Must live in the United States
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
