About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage setup components in the Ibotta application
Communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices and procedures
Anticipate issues and provide alternative methods of setup or delivery
Stay up to date on internal system changes and updates, and educate impacted departments effectively
Identify, analyze, and help fix technical problems alongside Engineering and Product teams
Work closely with Analytics to target content to unique consumer segments
Identify error trends and work cross-functionally to implement mitigating procedures or build cost-reducing tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical skills: G Suite and Excel
Attention to detail
Eagerness to learn a variety of technical systems thoroughly and efficiently
Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally to mitigate and troubleshoot issues
Strong desire to learn and navigate internal technical systems effectively
Must live in Georgia
Must work up to 25 hours Monday through Friday between 2pm–7pm MST
Must be willing to work one weekend day if needed
Must be 18 or older
Must have access to reliable internet
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
