About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead squads building products and features that solve user problems
- Partner with Product Management to prioritize, scope, and plan business milestones

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of engineering management experience
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field required
- Experience building and supporting foundational platform services
- Experience leading multiple teams within the same functional domain
- Experience coaching engineers on the responsible adoption of AI tools
- Understanding and practice of agile software development and management
- Exposure to multiple languages and frameworks
- Ability to manage team members with different skill sets and technical areas
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Must live in the United States
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
