About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with sales enablement team members, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify skill-development and process-improvement opportunities
Translate business needs and performance opportunities into learning solutions, training plans, and training modules
Facilitate customized, interactive learning sessions for new-hire onboarding, internal cross-training, and continuous education
Manage the training cycle by assessing needs, designing and delivering solutions, and measuring effectiveness
Build, author, and maintain a centralized knowledge base containing training curricula, technical documentation, system walkthroughs, and job aids
Research and recommend new training content and delivery methods to leadership
Apply instructional design best practices to create digital content, self-paced learning modules, and slide decks
Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Ad Ops, and Client Partnerships to document new product releases and platform capabilities before go-to-market launch
Develop micro-trainings for system releases, platform UI changes, and seasonal campaign workflows
Support the Revenue team, especially Account Coordinator, Campaign Operations Associate, and hybrid processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in technical enablement, operational training, instructional design, or technical writing within a B2B SaaS, MarTech, or media execution environment
Experience in an Account Coordinator, Campaign Operations Associate, or related Business Operations role is preferred
Passion for adult learning theory and using feedback to drive performance improvement
Ability to become a subject matter expert on supported workflows and associate learning
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to connect business needs to learning opportunities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead engaging live training sessions, coach individuals during onboarding, and present complex workflows simply
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Deep proficiency in Salesforce is required
Familiarity with Articulate Rise, Workday Learning, and call recording/role-playing platforms is highly preferred
Ability to translate complex systems, multi-step tool workflows, and product updates into structured documentation, job aids, and visual guides
Technical writing ability
Must live in the United States
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
