About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud processes, including segmentation, journeys, sends, and campaign-related requests
- Support the operation of SIBS, IBS’s proprietary service platform, including user support, issue identification, testing, and monitoring improvements
- Serve as the operational point of contact for the Power BI vendor by organizing requests, validating information and data, conducting tests, and monitoring fixes and enhancements
- Serve as the operational point of contact for IBS’s app vendor, supporting requirements gathering, testing, user acceptance testing, issue identification, and delivery tracking
- Monitor the daily operation of IBS’s Artificial Intelligence agents, identifying failures, inappropriate behavior, and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct operational testing and adjustments to the agents and monitor enhancements requiring development by partners or technical owners
- Investigate issues related to the department’s systems and route requests to IT or vendors
- Support integrations and information flows between Marketing Cloud, internal systems, and other IBS platforms
- Document procedures, business rules, incidents, and relevant system changes
- Support internal teams, especially Operations and Marketing, in using the platforms under the team’s responsibility
- Participate in new projects and improvements related to the department’s tools and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in Operations, CRM, Marketing Automation, enterprise systems, or related functions
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Ability to work effectively with systems, data, and business rules
- Ability to conduct tests, identify issues, and document incidents in a structured manner
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with vendors and technical professionals
- Intermediate English proficiency or the ability to read and understand technical documentation in English
- Spanish is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Familiarity with Power BI
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience with customer service systems, CRM platforms, or proprietary platforms
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
- Experience with generative Artificial Intelligence tools or AI agents
- Experience managing vendors or technology projects
- Experience testing systems, web applications, or mobile applications
