About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate interviews, including calendars, travel, meeting rooms, virtual meeting technology, catering, and candidate arrival logistics
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide timely, professional follow-up
  • Gather and track interview feedback
  • Maintain accurate and complete candidate information in the applicant tracking system
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for the HR team and Firm leadership
  • Help develop and maintain recruiting relationships with organizations in the firm’s markets
  • Facilitate and conduct new team member orientations
  • Participate in screening interviews
  • Coordinate new-hire gifts
  • Process invoices and expense reports
  • Maintain recruiting and HR resources, including the recruiting intranet page, IceLearn, HRIS, and future team programs
  • Initiate background checks and communicate completed results to the Recruiting Manager
  • Assist with new-position intake and calibration meetings
  • Provide customer service to internal clients, prospective candidates, and firm professionals
  • Develop proficiency in current and future technologies
  • Contribute to improvements in team programs, policies, and procedures
  • Provide backup support, research, and assistance with special projects
  • Conduct 30-day check-ins with business professional new hires and escalate trends or concerns
  • Partner with the Recruiting Manager and Human Resources team to deliver a professional, responsive, and consistent candidate and new-hire experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Ability to build effective working relationships at all organizational levels
  • Ability to coordinate multiple calendars, projects, and competing priorities while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
  • Proactive approach to identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to research and analyze various types of data
  • Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with diverse groups
