About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the complete order-to-delivery process for ICEYE's satellite radar data
  • Oversee orders from submission through final product delivery
  • Prepare feasibility studies for satellite imagery and communicate results to customers
  • Plan satellite resources for capturing Synthetic Aperture Radar images
  • Perform SAR image quality control
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Collaborate with satellite operators, sales, analytics, and product software teams
  • Serve as the interface between clients and ICEYE
  • Improve processes and documentation
  • Report key performance metrics and anomalies to management
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, support, and services
  • Serve as point of contact for APAC governmental contracts and commercial clients
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Coordinate and conduct service training for internal and external customers
  • Monitor order progress and proactively resolve potential issues
  • Provide accurate KPIs for internal and external reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in customer excellence or account management roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree or practical experience in geography, remote sensing, or aerospace domains
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi/Mandarin/Korean, depending on location
  • Employment subject to applicable security screening, including SUPO where required
  • Ability to work shifts, including one weekend shift per month, with no night shifts
