About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide global IT support and resolve daily support requests
Troubleshoot access, endpoint, and secure communication issues for staff worldwide
Provide prioritized VIP and executive support
Operate, support, and troubleshoot secure communications platforms and endpoint configurations
Maintain continuous, encrypted, and reliable communications for critical operations
Operate and support meeting room and audiovisual solutions
Provision devices, apply MDM configurations, and maintain patching compliance across Windows, macOS, and Linux hardware
Administer user access, SSO assignments, and permissions using primarily Okta
Create and maintain documentation for secure communications, MDM configurations, and common issue resolutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in a hands-on IT support, systems administration, or IT engineering role
Solid troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS
Hands-on Linux experience, including command-line administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
Practical experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, Kandji, Workspace One, Puppet, or Ansible
Familiarity with IAM platforms; Okta experience is highly desirable
Experience with complex AV and meeting room solutions such as Logitech, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Q-SYS, or Extron
Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switching, and VPNs
Experience troubleshooting secure network connectivity issues
Experience with an enterprise IT Service Desk ticketing system
Ability to handle VIP support requests with urgency and discretion
Ability to manage operational priorities and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or Freshservice (nice to have)
ITIL Foundation certification or understanding of ITIL practices (nice to have)
Experience with employee onboarding and offboarding (nice to have)
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and IT asset inventory management (nice to have)
Employment subject to applicable security screening, including SUPO where required
