About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle daily inbound material flow, including receiving, unpacking, and putting away incoming goods
Verify deliveries against purchase orders and paperwork, including quantities, condition, and part numbers
Flag and follow up on discrepancies or damage
Label and place materials and record transactions in the ERP
Participate in regular cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
Create outbound shipments and help prepare shipping documentation
Raise booking requests toward carriers
Communicate with teams across ICEYE
Support colleagues, suppliers, and freight forwarders with logistics questions
Help improve inbound, outbound, and stock-management routines as the company grows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Some experience working in a warehouse, logistics or goods receiving environment
Familiarity with inbound and outbound processes
Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English
Good IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
Ability to work with simple material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and cargo dollies
Precise and detail-oriented
Comfortable with hands-on work and a fast-paced environment
Clear communication and willingness to ask questions or raise issues
Service-minded and helpful
Nice to have: studies in logistics, supply chain or a related field
Nice to have: experience in freight forwarding and/or warehouse management
Nice to have: experience with an ERP and/or WMS
Nice to have: forklift license, safety card, IATA DGR / IMDG certification
