About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, maintain, and tailor training programs covering remote sensing principles, SAR fundamentals, and practical ICEYE technology applications
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to global customers
- Adapt training materials and delivery approaches to varying technical proficiency levels and requirements
- Align training content with evolving product features and customer needs
- Support customer adoption and operational readiness through hands-on instruction, live demonstrations, and scenario-based learning
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to keep training materials accurate and current
- Represent ICEYE at customer workshops, briefings, and industry events
- Act as a trusted technical educator and advocate for effective SAR data use
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in technical training and curriculum development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience of Defence and Intelligence sector use of satellite imagery/SAR, e.g. IMINT analyst
- Proficiency with satellite imagery/SAR processing tools and GIS platforms desirable
- Willingness to travel internationally regularly
- Ability to work effectively across diverse cultural and operational environments
- Prior experience engaging with international customers strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent, in Remote Sensing, Geography, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Employment subject to applicable security screening, including SUPO where required
