About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- B.S. in Chemical Engineering
- Upcoming December 2026 graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be available to start full-time employment no later than January 2027
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- ICL will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States
- Sponsorship will not be provided
- Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire
