About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the North American Supply Chain organization and define its strategy and objectives
  • Establish an end-to-end performance management system covering planning, customer service, inventory, cost, productivity, working capital and resilience
  • Lead organizational change and establish best-in-class supply chain processes
  • Analyze performance gaps, develop a transformation roadmap and execute it for benefits realization
  • Partner with IT and global process owners on digital supply chain roadmaps, system implementations, process enhancements, automation and analytics initiatives
  • Manage North American logistics operations and achieve logistics cost savings
  • Collaborate with global supply chain management teams to optimize the global ICL network
  • Optimize supply chain interfaces with Sales, Operations, Planning, Procurement and Customer Service
  • Develop and implement S&OP business processes and KPIs, including demand, production and raw material planning
  • Own regional inventory strategy, policies and target setting
  • Establish supply chain risk management and resilience frameworks, including continuity plans and scenario planning
  • Drive advanced analytics, automation and AI-supported decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal supply chain requirements
  • Support acquisitions through due diligence and pre- and post-close integration activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Engineering
  • 10+ years of progressive Supply Chain experience, preferably in an international food B2B or chemical industry environment
  • 5 years of experience in a supply chain management role
  • Proven history and experience in developing and enhancing business processes and systems to drive business results and improvements
  • Strong IT skills regarding ERP Systems, preferably in SAP
  • Experience with Supply Chain Planning Systems such as SAP APO or SAP IBP
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end supply chain transformation in a complex, multi-site and matrix organization
  • Strong experience in S&OP / Integrated Business Planning, including executive decision-making and financial integration
  • Proven expertise in inventory optimization, supply chain segmentation and working capital management
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization
  • Ability to assess and develop people through effective feedback and coaching
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided
