About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute required payments and manage overall cash management operations
  • Reconcile daily banking activity and balance several bank accounts within the bank platform
  • Monitor daily cash positions and banking operations
  • Track activity in bank accounts
  • Serve as a primary administrator for online banking platforms
  • Obtain departmental cash needs and expenditure information to assist with liquidity, cash availability, and debt financing
  • Work with the Credit Department on letters of credit to ensure compliance and reduce risk
  • Assist with the issuance, management, and fees of letters of credit
  • Collaborate with IT to implement or modify workflows and conduct thorough testing
  • Work with management during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures to advise on banking systems and required changes
  • Communicate and assist with bank teams in resolving issues and provide administrative support for changes
  • Identify entity-level funding requirements for ICL North America entities
  • Provide weekly reports to Global Treasury and Finance Management
  • Perform duties in accordance with governmental, regulatory, and company policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and or 2 years of equivalent job-related experience is required
  • Prior banking and /or treasury experience required
  • Excellent time-management skills with demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines
  • SAP experience or similar ERP system experience
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support the team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must reside within a commutable distance to St. Louis, MO
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • No sponsorship is provided; candidates requiring current or future sponsorship or holding specified temporary visas are not eligible for hire
