About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build the supply chain operating system and establish standards for procurement, sourcing, supplier management, inventory, logistics, warehousing, service parts, facilities/fleet, material readiness, and closeout
  • Lead strategic supplier relationships through supplier segmentation, scorecards, QBRs, negotiation plans, risk reviews, and supplier development routines
  • Consolidate spend, align purchasing across projects and Aftermarket Services, and improve pricing, availability, lead times, service levels, and supplier accountability
  • Enable project delivery, Aftermarket Services, and regional execution through improved material readiness, service parts support, supplier commitments, logistics planning, inventory visibility, and escalation routines
  • Strengthen inventory, warehouse, facilities, and fleet discipline, including inventory accuracy, cycle counts, safety stock, receiving, storage, staging, obsolete inventory, and coordination
  • Provide decision-ready reporting on supplier performance, critical materials, constrained capacity, price exposure, freight risk, working capital, and required decisions
  • Lead and develop Project Buyers, the Aftermarket Services Buyer, Warehouse and Inventory Management, Facilities/Fleet Management, and assigned support resources
  • Partner with IT and Finance to optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 workflows, data quality, reporting, adoption, controls, approvals, and segregation of duties
  • Convert recurring project, Aftermarket Services, supplier, and regional issues into stronger standards, supplier expectations, and planning routines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across procurement, strategic sourcing, logistics, inventory, warehouse operations, facilities/fleet, manufacturing, industrial projects, aftermarket services, EPC, construction, regional support, or another complex project-based environment
  • Demonstrated success in supplier relationships, sourcing, negotiation, spend analysis, planning, inventory control, logistics, performance reporting, and cross-functional communication
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience required
  • Experience improving ERP workflows, data quality, reporting, adoption, controls, approvals, and process alignment preferred
  • Hands-on, systems-minded supply chain leadership experience
  • Ability to analyze performance, resolve constraints, and prepare decision-ready reporting
  • Strong commercial judgment connecting demand, spend, cost, margin, lead time, supplier risk, inventory, logistics, and execution
  • Ability to support regional supply chain needs across different markets, supplier bases, logistics conditions, and service expectations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, facilitation, and change leadership skills
  • Must possess valid driver's license with no restrictions
