About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and validate statistical programming code to support data analysis and reporting for clinical trials
- Collaborate with data scientists and statisticians to understand data requirements and analytical needs
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines in programming practices
- Create and maintain documentation for programming processes, code, and outputs
- Participate in the review of analysis datasets and final reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Take responsibility for clinical data science deliverables, applying skills to ensure quality and efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in computer science, statistics, life sciences, or a related field
- 3 years of work experience required with background in AI, cloud, and data-related environments
- Understanding of AI tools and technologies
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
- Proven experience working across a variety of projects and use cases
- Strong Python programming skills, including the ability to build and maintain knowledge graphs
- Experience working with data engineering, data science, or advanced analytics solutions
- Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
