About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to patient-centred solutions activities, taking responsibility for deliverables and working collaboratively.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide service and support throughout the clinical trial process.
  • Coordinate and manage various aspects of clinical trial projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.

  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth project operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, project management, or clinical research coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial management systems preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%).
  • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
