About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop study documentation, including training presentations, site questionnaires, participant scanning guides, acquisition guides, data transmittal forms, and additional study-required documents
- Interface with project managers and the medical team to incorporate imaging protocol requirements and customer preferences
- Develop automated or remote training presentations and deliver remote training via web conferencing software
- Travel to train imaging sites or study team members on imaging protocols
- Provide ad hoc site support via email, teleconferences, or phone calls
- Provide technical support to sites throughout the study period
- Develop and deliver follow-up training to improve site performance
- Deliver on-site training when required
- Maintain accurate on-site and remote training records
- Work with Medical & Scientific Affairs to develop customized imaging protocols
- Assist with cardiac documentation and training as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Radiologic Technology (e.g. CT, MRI, cMRI), or equivalent experience in Medical Imaging
- Relevant Work Experience: One to two years in a clinical research environment preferred
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and learning technologies, with experience in e-learning development tools being a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring effective training delivery and documentation
- A commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in all training initiatives
- Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
- Domestic and International Travel required up to 50% of the time
