About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead medical affairs delivery across the portfolio, setting standards and developing the team
  • Provide strategic medical leadership and guidance on project teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in relevant therapeutic area preferred
  • Proven track record of medical leadership and consultation within pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical standards in clinical research
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the department effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to provide operational management in the absence of senior management
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
  • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
