About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support project management teams by analyzing data, monitoring project performance, and ensuring project objectives are met on time and within scope
- Support the Regulatory Project Services team with project management, coordination, budget, and billing management of Regulatory Consulting Solutions projects
- Work closely with RPS Regulatory Project Managers, ICON project leads, and clients
- Contribute to project and programme management activities and take responsibility for deliverables
- Analyze project data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations
- Support development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project status and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree preferably in life sciences
- 2-3 years of relevant experience and/or study in Project Management or Regulatory or a related field
- General Business and/or Finance-related experience is a plus
- Strong IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadline
- Shift Working - 2pm to 11pm IST
- Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
