Coordinate project and programme management delivery
Resolve project issues and develop team capability
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate efforts to meet project objectives
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
Implement strategies to address challenges and keep projects on track
Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates
Ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives
Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred
Significant experience in project management and team leadership
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, delivering within scope, time, and budget constraints
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are advantageous
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
Willingness to travel as required (approximately 30%)
Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
