About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage IDEA projects, including developing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution and delivery
Collaborate with teams across innovation, data science, and technology to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within scope
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, provide regular updates on project status, and ensure alignment with strategic goals
Support the integration of emerging technologies and innovative solutions
Manage day-to-day Independent DMC and Endpoint Adjudication activities, supporting the team to deliver quality outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in innovation management, data science, project management, or a related field is preferred
Relevant experience in managing innovation or technology-driven projects
Endpoint adjudication experience preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Background in data management or technology systems being advantageous
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to driving innovation and achieving project success
Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
