About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coordinate and prepare client-focused proposals, budgets and client grids for new business opportunities
  • Ensure all required information is provided in final proposals within given timeframes
  • Coordinate appropriate personnel in the proposal development process
  • Liaise with sales, proposals and operations teams to ensure proposals and strategies meet business needs
  • Prepare proposal budgets by interacting with operational departments to coordinate budgets and assumptions
  • Prepare budgets and specifications for contracts for new business awards
  • Support Business Development in winning new business through high-quality customer-focused proposals and budgets for clinical trials in response to RFPs
  • Work closely with Business Development, Project Management, Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a science or business subject
  • At least 1 year of experience within a pharmaceutical; clinical research or healthcare environment, preferably in a Proposals role or very similar
  • Excellent numeracy, communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent Excel Skills
  • Self-starter able to work independently and remain highly motivated in a high-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel at least 5% of the time (international and domestic: fly and drive)
  • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
