Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role, ideally within the healthcare or clinical research sectors
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive HR strategies and business decisions
  • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
