About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and manage Feasibility and Site Activation activities for assigned clinical studies
  • Oversee site start-up and activation workstreams, ensuring quality and timeline expectations are met
  • Develop and manage FSA project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate feasibility assessments, country and site recommendations, and start-up strategies
  • Oversee essential document collection, ethics and regulatory submissions, and site activation milestones
  • Track progress against timelines and KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
  • Serve as the primary FSA contact for internal teams and customers on study-level start-up matters
  • Drive and accelerate activation of global investigative sites within timelines, budget, and quality expectations
  • Coordinate, implement, and complete site activation activities for large global or complex projects
  • Interact with internal teams, sponsor teams, and stakeholders; present to Executive Management as needed
  • Review study and partnership budgets for proposals and sales
  • Drive assigned studies to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer and site outcomes
  • Act as customer point of contact, resolve study issues, and support customer delivery
  • Represent FSA at audits and inspections
  • Participate in business development opportunities
  • Mentor others and contribute to process improvement and best-practice sharing
  • Perform activities in compliance with corporate and departmental policies, SOPs, and operating guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-6 years of experience in a Clinical Research environment
  • Strong experience in clinical research with a focus on feasibility, site activation, or start-up project management
  • Proven ability to manage project plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of regulatory, ethics, and contractual requirements affecting study start-up
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to quality, predictability, and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate proficient organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with minimal management support and oversight
  • Extensive competency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to complete tasks independently on time and efficiently
  • Ability to mentor and train others as needed
  • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
  • Willingness to travel as required, approximately 10%
