About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Data Governance (Master Data), Credit and Accounts Receivable, and Industrial and Commercial Cost Management functions.
- Ensure the integrity of the company’s financial and economic information.
- Support decision-making through risk management, process management, controls, and financial analysis.
- Lead master data governance in the ERP, ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of information.
- Manage credit, collections, and accounts receivable operations, including policies, risks, credit exposure, and indicators such as DSO, aging, and delinquency.
- Lead credit committees and support commercial decisions involving significant risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
- Lead industrial and commercial costing processes, profitability analyses, and cost projections.
- Develop COGS, P&L, and balance sheet projections, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Work with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and FP&A to identify opportunities for productivity, cost optimization, and value creation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, and Risk Management.
- Experience leading teams and managing administrative and financial operations.
- Experience managing and projecting industrial and/or commercial costs.
- Knowledge of internal controls and the SOX environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and data governance.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing companies is a plus.
- Experience participating in digital transformation, ERP implementation, or data governance projects is a plus.
