About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and key decision makers
- Create future business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Sell ICU Medical Infusion Therapy, Devices, Oncology, Specialty products, and Services
- Meet territory sales quotas
- Present technical knowledge of ICU Medical products and relevant clinical guidelines to hospital clinicians
- Position ICU Medical offerings against competing products as a clinical expert and consultative problem solver
- Understand assigned territory, customer base, contracts, pumps, solutions, and distribution models
- Conduct product demonstrations of ICU Medical products
- Align sales efforts with sales teams and managers
- Support field sales with customer communications regarding backorders, allocations, pricing, and contracts
- Work on special projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required
- Active and current compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, to perform essential functions at customer locations
- Self-motivated, energetic, professional, and able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
- Computer literate and proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license and compliance with the Authorized Driver Policy
- Typically requires 25% travel
