About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop the APAC Aviation sales team
- Drive new business, account growth, and revenue performance across the region
- Manage strategic customer relationships and complex sales opportunities
- Develop regional sales strategies and forecasts
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver customer outcomes
- Lead strategic sales efforts for Ideagen’s Aviation business across the APAC region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience selling solutions directly to airports
- Experience leading and developing sales teams
- Strong understanding of the APAC aviation market and stakeholder landscape
- Track record of managing complex account growth and revenue targets
- Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and commercial leadership skills
- Openness to using AI to improve how you work
