About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the local field representative in Charleston
Take ownership of projects once customer agreements are signed
Coordinate crews, manage materials and change orders, and monitor budgets and job progress
Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed
Provide homeowners with project updates, progress photos, and answers to questions
Address material delays, customer concerns, and other unexpected issues
Review progress reports and plan upcoming priorities
Act as the main local point of contact for homeowners and installers
Coordinate customer relations while the back-office team handles contracts, proposals, administration, and financial processing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in home renovation or construction project management is a plus, but not required; training provided
Must use your own vehicle and cover your own gas
Must use your own cell phone
Laptop helpful but not required
Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Bilingual English/Spanish helpful but not required
Comfortable with flexible, variable hours of 10–30 per week
Legally authorized to work in the US
