About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain a data-driven whitespace model across the account portfolio
  • Map installed-base coverage against total addressable account spend, including expansion-product penetration
  • Quantify opportunity ranges for account-based planning and sales budget planning
  • Analyze deal patterns, pipeline stalls, price points, and expansion predictors
  • Inform marketing demand-generation strategy and campaign targeting
  • Report demand-generation outcomes, pipeline contribution, campaign conversion, and revenue attribution
  • Develop representative-level analytics for deal length, stage velocity, close rates, and probability modeling
  • Identify positive performance outliers and coaching opportunities
  • Build pipeline-to-revenue conversion models to improve forecast precision
  • Identify disparities in growth opportunities and equity gaps across the book of business
  • Track Account Management operating expenses against monthly budgets
  • Surface pull-in and reallocation recommendations before quarter-end
  • Deliver monthly spend briefs to leadership with variance commentary and forward-looking risks and opportunities
  • Partner with Finance on Account Management budget matters
  • Recommend budgets and future expense adjustments
  • Validate Salesforce data and recommend improvements to upstream data inputs
  • Reconcile budgets, forecasts, and actual results to identify material variances
  • Assess budget and forecast methodologies against actual performance
  • Partner with Account Directors on budget preparation using budget calculation models
  • Support quarterly and annual budget reviews with executive-ready materials
  • Analyze trends, variances, risks, and key drivers and translate them into recommendations
  • Coordinate inputs from Account Directors, Finance, Contract Administration, and Regional leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be local to Minnesota and able to work in the office 3 days per week
  • 5+ years in a data-driven analytical role, ideally supporting a Go to Market, Account Management, or client-facing team
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Experience building models and analyses that influence business decisions
  • SQL proficiency
  • Fluency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to work directly with Account Management leadership and constructively challenge assumptions
  • Strong communication skills for translating complex analysis into executive narratives and recommendations
  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription business
  • Familiarity with ARR, NRR, and expansion metrics strongly preferred
  • High ownership mindset and ability to work in an embedded, cross-functional environment
  • Commercial savvy and understanding of customer goals and revenue drivers
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong business acumen and ability to assess strategies, identify trends, and anticipate impacts
  • Ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities
  • Strong self-organization capability
  • Ability to work and learn independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the education requirement
