About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as project manager for large-scale, company-hosted events, owning planning and hands-on execution
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendors
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to align deliverables and stakeholders
  • Execute venue, hotel, AV, catering, registration, and attendee-experience logistics
  • Serve as onsite lead during events
  • Plan and execute small and medium-sized booth sponsorships at industry conferences
  • Manage tradeshow contracting, vendors, budgets, and logistics
  • Collaborate with Sales and internal teams attending each event
  • Support lunch and learns, VIP happy hours and dinners, and networking events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning, in any industry
  • Proven experience planning full conferences end to end
  • Experience planning large-scale, multi-day conferences or customer-facing events
  • Strong experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable with limited travel (no more than 10%)
  • Comfortable with some onsite event management
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and self-onboard
  • Based in the Atlanta area and able to work from the Alpharetta or Glencastle office one to two times per week (nice to have)
