About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consult with veterinary practice owners and key decision-makers on medical protocols and diagnostic strategies
- Educate and support veterinarians, veterinary nurses, technicians, and practice staff on IDEXX products, services, workflows, and best practices
- Deliver seminars, continuing education programs, and presentations at clinics, universities, veterinary schools, and industry events
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, distributors, and cross-functional teams on technical expertise, training, market trial support, and customer insights
- Develop, review, and present technical content explaining IDEXX solutions
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Answer clinical questions and resolve product-related concerns
- Spend approximately 75% of time in the field, traveling across the Philippines and broader Asia
Requirements
What you’ll need- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- At least five years of clinical veterinary experience
- Strong knowledge of contemporary veterinary medicine and clinical practice
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and engage diverse audiences
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to travel across the Philippines and broader Asia
