About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the field team in preparing tender documents and documentation
- Create and coordinate offers for new and existing customers in the Italian region
- Conduct needs assessment and costing
- Implement price negotiations
- Prepare and follow up on offers and contracts
- Communicate with central departments as an interface to field service
- Maintain customer data and sales-relevant information in the SAP system
- Archive relevant information for examination purposes
- Develop customer relationships and offer solutions meeting customer needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed an apprenticeship in the commercial sector (or similar)
- Relevant work experience in commercials or sales
- First-hand experience in the tendering process is desirable
- Familiarity with the MS Office package
- Knowledge and experience of SAP are an advantage
- Fluent in Polish
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Ability to work reliably under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Self-employment, initiative and quick comprehension
- Flexibility and ability to deal with pressure and changing priorities
- Effective communication, negotiating and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and MS Teams
- Ability to work effectively and independently
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Emotional intelligence, humility, willingness to learn, and ability to give and receive feedback constructively
- High ethical standards and a positive attitude
- Full-time position based in Poland (virtual)
