Key responsibilities & impact

Build and lead the engineering team through hiring, coaching, and firing
Drive the engineering process, including Agentic Development
Provide technical leadership
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, go-to-market teams, and executive leadership
Create intuitive, scalable products that solve real operational challenges for customers
Build meaningful products from the ground up in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in technical leadership and people management at a SaaS business
Experience building Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is a strong plus
Proven background as a software engineer with a track record of driving large-scale distributed systems or complex platform architectures
Proven experience in scaling engineering organizations, such as growing teams from 10 to 15 engineers, and building career frameworks
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders
Good command of English, at B2 level or higher
Russian language would be a plus
