About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, build, and maintain high-performance full-stack applications, including real-time analytics dashboards and reporting pipelines
Build backend microservices in Golang and front-end applications in Vue.js
Design, model, and optimize relational and analytical data stores
Write advanced SQL queries, materialized views, aggregation logic, and indexing strategies for real-time reporting dashboards
Use analytical data stores such as ClickHouse to build reporting engines and support high-throughput data ingestion
Design and implement modular micro-frontend architectures
Own core system components, high-throughput backend APIs, and event-driven microservices end to end
Drive architectural design, technical planning, query optimization, and engineering best practices
Ensure scalability, low latency, fault tolerance, and secure service design
Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-tested Go and JavaScript/TypeScript code
Collaborate with product and engineering teams in the U.S. and Minsk to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Conduct code reviews using AI-assisted tooling including Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code
Debug, profile, and optimize SQL queries, execution plans, database locks, and distributed backend microservices
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Collaborate across time zones with global engineering leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Based in Minsk, Belarus
6+ years of full-stack development experience
At least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
Proven experience designing, building, and scaling Go-based microservices, concurrent applications, and REST/gRPC APIs
Expert-level SQL knowledge, including complex joins, subqueries, EXPLAIN query execution plan analysis, indexing strategies, schema normalization/denormalization, and performance profiling for large-scale reporting datasets
Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, specifically Vue.js (Vue 3 / Composition API)
Experience designing or working within micro-frontend architectures, such as Module Federation, single-spa, or component isolation
Experience building end-to-end SaaS products, microservices, or complex distributed web platforms
Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments, Git, and CI/CD automation workflows
Ability to lead technical initiatives independently
Excellent English communication skills and experience collaborating with remote/U.S.-based stakeholders
