About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and strengthen customer relationships within the Body Care category
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers
  • Partner with Creative, Scent Design, Consumer Insights, Marketing, Technical, Regulatory, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
  • Translate customer briefs, consumer trends, and market insights into fragrance recommendations
  • Support account planning, project strategies, and business priorities
  • Manage project pipelines, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables
  • Prepare customer presentations, business reviews, and updates
  • Support pricing, forecasting, margin management, and commercial discussions
  • Monitor business performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate across teams to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in sales, account management, sales support, marketing, product development, fragrance, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, chemical, ingredients, or related industries
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong customer relationship management and account development skills
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused projects and business objectives
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with rigor and agility
  • Commercial mindset with experience supporting pricing, forecasting, and business growth initiatives
