About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Introduce the best fragrance and services to customers
  • Maintain existing customers and consistently enlarge account base
  • Monitor market development in terms of competitors, products and trends
  • Achieve sales budget and target margin, and ensure monthly sales forecast accuracy
  • Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with internal and external customers
  • Prepare account plans and report relevant market information

  • Own projects and work closely with the development team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Chemistry or any other relevant discipline
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in sales, product development or marketing, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics or FMCG industries
  • Proven track record at a similar level with strong commercial drive and passion to succeed
  • Customer centric with B2B management experience
  • Analytical skills with ability to handle financial concepts/processes (pricing, margin, forecasting)
  • Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills
  • Project management capability with effective collaboration and orchestration skills
  • Ability to work across cultures with a global mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively
