About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and analyze demand planning performance indicators, including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Forecast Value Add, and other planning metrics
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance monitoring solutions
Perform root cause analysis on forecast deviations, planning gaps, and operational performance issues
Analyze demand patterns, customer trends, product performance, and key business drivers
Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Support monthly Demand Review and business review processes through data-driven recommendations and performance reporting
Partner with planners, commercial teams, finance, supply planning, technology stakeholders, and external stakeholders
Contribute to planning transformations, new capability deployments, process improvements, testing activities, and business adoption efforts
Document reporting methodologies, KPI definitions, governance standards, and analytical processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related analytical discipline
Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or a related field
Strong experience working with large datasets, reporting solutions, and performance measurement frameworks
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools
Knowledge of data analysis, dashboard development, reporting automation, and performance management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for diverse stakeholders
Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) Demand Planning
Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Demand Review processes
Experience with SQL and advanced data querying techniques
Familiarity with forecasting performance metrics, including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and Forecast Value Add
Experience within global, matrixed organizations supporting cross-functional stakeholders
Experience supporting OTC Scent & Taste and/or PWB business processes
Knowledge of MyBIS reporting environments, analytics solutions, and planning data structures
