About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive and optimize global treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, and settlement activities
- Develop, implement, and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and controls
- Lead initiatives to enhance treasury systems, technologies, and reporting capabilities
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including banking partners, to improve treasury processes
- Oversee risk management activities and ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance requirements
- Lead treasury-related projects, including technology implementations, process improvements, and M&A integration activities
- Provide reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making and treasury performance monitoring
- Build, develop, and mentor treasury teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury management, cash management, financial analysis, or related financial functions
- Strong expertise in global treasury operations, cash management, liquidity structures, and banking processes
- Deep understanding of financial risk management, compliance frameworks, and international treasury regulations
- Experience with treasury management systems and financial technologies
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, multicultural environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change
- Professional treasury or finance certifications such as CTP, AMCT, CRMP, or CPA are advantageous
- Experience leading treasury transformation, system implementation, or automation projects
- Strong background supporting complex global organizations through acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale change initiatives
