About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day marketing activities for assigned fragrance categories and projects
  • Assist in the development and launch of new fragrance concepts and innovations
  • Coordinate project timelines and track progress to ensure key milestones are met
  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials for internal and customer meetings
  • Evaluate existing products and recommend improvements or growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Perfumery, Consumer Insights, and Creative teams on business initiatives
  • Support other projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, category management, product management, or FMCG
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English and Chinese preferred
