About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders across functions and regions
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering activities
- Understand business objectives, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and help resolve competing priorities
- Manage Salesforce projects and coordinate activities across business, technical teams and vendors
- Drive backlog refinement, prioritization, and release planning activities
- Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
- Recommend standard Salesforce solutions and best practices whenever possible
- Perform light-to-moderate Salesforce administration and configuration activities as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any other relevant discipline
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Salesforce Solutions/Project Management and Business Analysis, preferably within a global organization
- 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence business stakeholders
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Solid expertise across Salesforce platforms and capabilities, including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Account Engagement, Reports & Dashboards, Security & Sharing Concepts, Integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in Agent force, Einstein AI and CRM Analytics is preferred
